October 17 Trail Report

Wow - another absolutely beautiful weekend to be in the Foothills. Trails are in great shape and colors continue to blaze. Upper elevation trails will be a little cooler so bring a jacket if you're headed toward Stack Rock or Bogus Basin.

Fall maintenance has begun so you will see our crews working on various trails this week, including Urban, Highlands, Kemper Ridge and others.

We also just completed all-weather augmentation on the Mountain Cove Trail adjacent to the Cottonwood Creek Trailhead, to keep that section of trail from becoming a bog when we get significantly wet conditions.
