July 10 Weekend Report
July 10, 2026 1:10 AM
A quick update here for folks that are wondering about the usability of trails within the Ridge to Rivers system and specifically within areas affected by the ongoing wildfire. In regards to the information that has been released by the BLM and Forest Service, our interactive map will continue to reflect trail closures on system trails within the area spanning from Bogus Basin Road all the way to Highway 21 and below the Boise Ridge Road. As a reminder, this does include trails that fall within the WMA boundary. The exception to trails closed within this boundary are the Table Rock trails. The information that has been shared publicly to this point states that these closures are anticipated to be in affect through July 11th. However, please anticipate that it these closures may be extended further into the future or may be modified depending upon fire activity. At any rate, please continue to respect these closures to let our hard working firefighters continue to do their job and make these areas safe for the time when we are all able to be back on the trail that we love.
Check out the Watch Duty app where you can continue to follow updates as well as the Ridge to Rivers Interactive Map.
