January 8 Trail Report

Foothills trail users can continue to find decent conditions on sandy and loamier trails today. All-weather trails, 8th Street and Rocky Canyon roads and the always reliable Greenbelt are also great options. Trails with heavier clay content will be a little more riskier for your outings. With last night's overnight lows around freezing - these trails could be good early but muddy later into the morning and afternoon. Expect to find puddles, expect to find mud and expect to turn around if you encounter questionable trail conditions.
