January 31 Trail Report

With overnight lows above freezing and and a high temperature pushing 50 degrees today, trails are starting to dry out. However, this does not mean that all trails are dry. You will still find lots of muddy sections throughout the system and even some patches of snow. Sections of Hard Guy and Highlands still had long sections of mud as indicated by the photos. Sandier trails are still going to be your safest bet today and through the weekend. Trails higher in elevation should also be fine as indicated in the photo of the Pats/Eastside junction.
