Polecat Loop Across From Quick Draw

It’s Valentine’s Day! We all adore our trails and hopefully you are lucky enough to fall in love with some dry trails today! There are still some solid options out there, though the cloudy skies and 55-degree high mean things could still be pretty soft and muddy. The trails are desperately trying to dry out but it takes time! Feel free to explore some trails but be willing to turn around and pick an alternative route as things are still healing. Please use our Interactive Map as a guide, as it’s the best way to see which routes are holding up and which ones are currently "heartbreakers" that you should avoid.

Keep in mind that with the warmer afternoon air, many trails will start out tacky but turn greasy and muddy as the day progresses. If you find yourself side-hilling to avoid muck or notice you’re leaving deep ruts, please show the trails some extra love: turn around and head to a sandier alternative (like Harrison Hollow or the Lower Hulls).
