December 24 Trail Report

Merry Christmas Eve! Aside the fact that we really should be enjoying skiing this time of year, mother nature has brought us a nice Christmas present - at least for this morning. Take a look at our Interactive Map and no it is not a typo - the warm temps and wind have allowed most trails in the lower and mid-Foothills to dry and be in excellent condition currently.

Members of our trail crew were on a number of trails yesterday - as high as Orchard, Watchman, Curlew and Sidewinder - and aside from the scattered puddles things were in great condition. There are a handful of exceptions noted on our Interactive Map which should be avoided, but with so many options this should be easy enough to do.

Get out early before the afternoon rain comes, as that will undoubtedly change conditions
once again, and at 51 degrees already at 7:00 AM there's no reason not to!
