August 14 Weekend Trail Report

Cooler weather should make for a nice weekend on the trails! They will likely be busier than they have been so its a great chance to practice your trail etiquette.
- Let others know you're there by saying hello when approaching from behind.
- Turn ear bud volume down low enough to hear other trail users asking to pass you.
- Travel single file so that you don't widen the trails.
- Yield appropriately (cyclists to hikers, equestrians and uphill riders; hikers to equestrians)
Do these simple things and all will be happy on our trails!
